Terms and conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to every agreement between Human Matters BV (Begoniastraat 30, 2627 Schelle, BE0476 294 942) and the client. Deviations only apply when confirmed in writing by Human Matters.
2. Services
Our services: open trainings, bespoke trainings, coaching, team and organisation facilitation, and sale of books. Details of the offering are on the website, in an offer or in a training agreement.
3. Registration and confirmation
Registration for an open training or a book order is final after successful payment via Mollie. You receive a confirmation email after.
4. Prices
All prices on the website are in euro, excluding 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. For in-company programmes, the prices from the offer apply.
5. Payment
Open trainings and books are paid on registration. In-company programmes are invoiced on the agreed schedule, payable within 30 days of invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Cancellation and change
Open trainings: free cancellation up to 14 days before. After that: 50% of the fee. You can always send a substitute at no cost. In-company programmes: cancellation or rescheduling per the training agreement.
7. Liability
Human Matters delivers its services with care and expertise. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant agreement. We are not liable for indirect damages.
8. Intellectual property
All training material, workbooks, methodologies and website content remain the intellectual property of Human Matters. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is not allowed.
9. Confidentiality
What is shared in a training or coaching stays within the group. We share no identifiable information about participants or clients.
10. Complaints
Send complaints within 14 days to wouter@humanmatters.cc. We reply within one business day and aim for a resolution within 30 days.
11. Governing law
Belgian law applies to every agreement. Disputes are brought before the courts of the Antwerp district.
